Nice modern apartment near the station for PhD student or professional

Hi, I'm looking for a housemate. I'm renting an apartment just behind the railway station (300m) in Kessel-Lo. It has a perfect location, near to the center, near to the trains, buses, highway and shops. Some of them are also opened at night and on Sunday. It is a quiet place, where there are not a lot of parties, most of the neighbors are professionals. My name is Tomasz (33) and I'm an IT consultant. I come from Poland and live in Belgium since 8 years. The apartment has 3 rooms an open kitchen, a bathroom and a big shared living room. The apartment is on the ground floor with big terraces on both sides. The whole apartment is 116 m2. Kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher, microwave, oven etc. There is also a storage room with a wash machine and a deep freezer. Additionally there is a basement with a possibility to rent a garage underneath the apartment (around 80€/month). Your room is furnished with a wardrobe and bed. I'm looking for a person that would like to live in a clean and friendly house. The monthly rent is €600, WiFi internet and a provision for the electricity and gas is included (could be that at the end of the year there is some return or extra to pay for electricity/gas).
