Very well located student house. Very near the city centre, in close reach of the car-free shopping zone of Kortrijk. Veldstraat is a nice neighbourhood for students. Not very expensive and you can find all the daily things you need at walking distance. There is a very good warehouse "Delhaize", a bakery, a butcher, a laundry, and some small food shops, all situated within a distance of 100 metres from the house. The universities Vives, Kulak and Howest, and all other places in the centre of Kortrijk can be reached in 5 minutes by bike. In Kortrijk all students usually rent a yellow city bike, which can be rented during your stay at a very cheap price. The house has been adapted to accommodate maximum 5 students. The students can enjoy a well furnished room, a fully equiped kitchen and clean sanitary infrastructure. Kitchen, shower and toilet have to be shared with maximum 4 other students and are regularly cleaned by the cleaning woman. There is also a possibility to rent a big duplex room destined to share with 2 students. The duplex is ideal for a student couple or for 2 friends.
