Looking for Flatmate

We are looking for a fun, friendly flatmate to join our place in Brussels, starting in February. The flat is conveniently situated near Merode metrostation with loads of amenities nearby, and a stone’s throw from the Parc du Cinquantenaire. The room shares a bathroom and looks out over the park. We are three professionals, two guys and one girl, working in Brussels. We like our privacy but also hang out a lot and are good friends – and we throw the occasional party! The flat is well stocked. We have a big lounge with a bar, tv, xbox, ad-hoc ping-pong table, comfy sofas and a cool view. The kitchen has all the amenities. The price of the room is €490 and includes all utilities (electricity, internet, gas, cleaner).
