Hey, Wij zijn een jong koppel (23 jaar), één werkende, één studente (Master Bedrijfseconomie), en zoeken een leuke verblijfplaats voor het aankomende jaar. We zijn een sociaal koppel die ook de andere buren in het achterhoofd houdt. Momenteel overwegen we zowel binnen als buiten leuven, maar liefst niet verder weg dan 20 minuten fietsen. Overzichtelijk samengevat zoeken we: - A ruime, lichte plaats - Een gescheiden living en slaapkamer - Een eigen keuken(tje) en toilet & douche. - Indien mogelijk: Terras/tuin/meubels - Mogelijkheid om gasten te ontvangen op een sociale, geaccepteerde manier - Niet te lawaaierige omgeving Natuurlijk bekijken we elk voorstel indiviueel, zelfs als je voorstel niet perfect past bij onze beschrijving. Momenteel overwegen we: - Studio - Appartement - Gedeeld huis - Begin huurcontract: Rond September 2012 De prijs is overeen te komen, gebaseerd op wat het aanbod is :). The both of us are social people and keep in mind the rest of the neighbors. We are currently considering both inside of leuven as the outskirts (max 20 minutes by bicycle). In summary, we are trying to find: - A spacy, light place - Separate Living and sleeping room - Own kitchen(ette) and sanitary places - If possible: Terrace/Garden/Furniture - Possibility to have guests over (in a social acceptable way) - Not too noisy Ofcourse we will look at each proposal seperatly, even when your proposal does not perfectly fits this description.
