Hi there! As of the 10th of April, I have a cozy room for rent (3 months to 1 year) in a renovated apartment to share with me (female, 35y, Flemish). The rent is 540 euros all charges included (water, gas, electricity, wireless internet, cable television, telephone) with a deposit of one month. We share the kitchen, living room, dining room and bathroom. The apartment has a big terrace (20m2), ideal for having breakfast or dinner on hot summer evenings. The top asset really is its location. The house is located in the "quartier de la liberté, a very charming and quiet area, with concert halls (Botanique, Circque Royale), parks (Botanical garden and Parc Royal) and a supermarket in walking distance. It's only 15 minutes walking to the centre and there's the metro station 'Madou' 50m from our door. There's also always place to park your car in the street.
