Wij verhuren: Schitterende studentenkoten in hartje Antwerpen. Dichtbij het centrum, openbaar vervoer (trein, tram, bus, metro, velokes), op korte afstand van hogescholen en de stadscampu van de Universiteit Antwerpen. Grote, mooie en ruime kamers (20 m² oppervlakte of meer), volledig gerenoveerd, veel licht! Internet- en kabelaansluiting. Twee kamers op de begane grond hebben een eigen douchecel, twee andere hebben een terras. Grote gemeenschappelijke ruimtes (goed geoutilleerde keuken en lounge). Elke student heeft zijn eigen proviandkast en ijskast in de keuken. Sanitair is ruim voorzien. Fietsen kunnen in het pand worden gestald. Bezichtigen: op woensdag na afspraak per e-mail (andere tijden zijn ook mogelijk). KOM VOORAL KIJKEN!! Nice, light and spacious rooms, only for students. Furniture included (if wanted) for a good price. We offer also a well-equiped kitchen and a nice lounge. Everyone has personal cupboard and a fridg in the kitchen (the freezer is for common use). Sanitary is amply sufficient. If you'd like to spend (half) a year together with 9 other students in our cosy shared house, please contact us. Our student house is on a five minutes walk from the Train Station Antwerpen Centraal, the bus station, the tramway, the subway, ... and also very near to the Stadscampus University Antwerp and many professional universities. For visiting our house and the rooms (Wednesday, 2-4 pm, after appointment; other days are also possible.) COME AND SEE OUR HOUSE!
